Kdo toho nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, je prost\u011b magor. Sna\u017e\u00edm se j\u00edst ovoce a zeleninu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 hodn\u011b vody. Naopak se v l\u00e9t\u011b vyh\u00fdb\u00e1m tro\u0161ku ban\u00e1n\u016fm, nev\u00edm pro\u010d, jsou pro m\u011b takov\u00e9 t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed ovoce.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee takov\u00e1 klasika v l\u00e9t\u011b snad pro v\u0161echny lidi na sv\u011bt\u011b je MELOUN, o kter\u00e9m n\u011bkdo \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee je to ovoce, n\u011bkdo, \u017ee je to zelenina. Meloun je zelenina. J\u00e1 ho beru jako ovoce prost\u011b odmala, n\u011bjak mi to k n\u011bmu sed\u00ed v\u00edc, jak je sladk\u00fd mo\u017en\u00e1, nev\u00edm. Zkuste vym\u011bnit meloun t\u0159eba za celou ve\u010de\u0159i v l\u00e9t\u011b. Te\u010fka j\u00edm vlastn\u011b jen tu raj\u010datovou ciabattu tak jednou t\u00fddn\u011b a jinak sn\u00edd\u00e1m, ve\u010de\u0159\u00edm pr\u00e1v\u011b tohle. \u00dasp\u011bch zaru\u010den. Nechutn\u00e1 to jako hnusn\u00fd klasick\u00fd knackebroty!<\/p>\n<p>Co namazat na Knuspi? Je hodn\u011b mo\u017enost\u00ed. Sama j\u00edm i docela tu\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011bci. Lu\u010dina taky nen\u00ed zrovna dvakr\u00e1t na dietu, ale ma\u017eu si Lu\u010dinu, Lu\u010dinu Jogurtinu, v\u0161echno. Sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed s\u00fdr s jogurtem. Oby\u010dejn\u00e9 \u017eerv\u00e9 sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed s\u00fdr m\u00e1 v\u00edc, pozor. Doporu\u010dila bych v\u00e1m Cottage, kter\u00e9 je p\u0159i shazov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed, ale je to humusek :)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1248\" title=\"Vaje\u010dn\u00fd b\u00edlek\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aguidetolovelossanddesperation.com\/miracle\/wp-content\/uploads\/14_07_2011_vajecny_bilek1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"253\" \/>Pokud milujete m\u00edchan\u00e1 vaj\u00ed\u010dka a chcete n\u011bco shodit, zkuste si m\u00edsto \u010dty\u0159 vaj\u00ed\u010dek cel\u00fdch um\u00edchat t\u0159eba jen dv\u011b cel\u00e9 + 2 bez \u017eloutku &#8211; prost\u011b p\u0159idejte jen m\u00e1lokalorick\u00e9 b\u00edlky a \u017eloutky vyu\u017eijte pozd\u011bji na upe\u010den\u00ed kol\u00e1\u010de pro rodinu :)<\/p>\n<p>A nakonec takovej mali\u010dkej n\u00e1pad pro z\u00e1visl\u00e1ky na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd pol\u00edvky. Je to zlo, ale j\u00e1 to taky miluju prost\u011b no. Ud\u011bl\u00e1m to tak, \u017ee oba nebo n\u011bkdy n\u011bkde i t\u0159i pytl\u00ed\u010dky prost\u011b vyhod\u00edm do ko\u0161e, ano. Nudle nasypu do misky, d\u00e1m tam malinko ALNATURA sypk\u00e9ho buj\u00f3nu, zaleju jen tro\u0161ku vody, aby nudle nas\u00e1kly, ale potom nebyla skoro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 voda, t\u00edm p\u00e1dem nem\u00e1m pol\u00edvku, ale nudle no.
