Vlastn\u011b jsem si zkusila cestu do pr\u00e1ce, abych ji vid\u011bla. J\u00e1 jsem toti\u017e v Ji\u010d\u00edn\u011b nikdy p\u0159edt\u00edm nebyla a b\u00e1la jsem se ho. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtel tak spoustu let pracuje, tak ho zn\u00e1 velmi dob\u0159e a p\u0159esn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bl, kam pojedeme. Vzal m\u011b v\u0161ema cestama, od nejkrat\u0161\u00ed po nejdel\u0161\u00ed, kdyby n\u011bkde n\u011bkdy bylo n\u011bco uzav\u0159en\u00fdho t\u0159eba. Zaparkovali jsme kousek od p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3ny a n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a \u0161li sm\u011brem k prodejn\u011b. J\u00e1, a\u010d jsem norm\u00e1ln\u011b slep\u00e1 jsem ji vid\u011bla u\u017e z hrozn\u00fd d\u00e1lky. P\u0159ed prodejnou byl drak, v\u011bd\u011bla jsem, \u017ee n\u011bkde u sebe m\u00e1 cache, tak jsem tam hrozn\u011b nen\u00e1padn\u011b \u0161m\u00e1trala asi 5 minut ne\u017e jsem ji na\u0161la, prost\u011b men\u0161\u00ed cache u\u017e nem\u016f\u017ee existovat, fakt p\u0159\u00edsah\u00e1m, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee. Podepisovala jsem se do n\u00ed zase hrozn\u011b nen\u00e1padn\u011b a chv\u00edli po mn\u011b na ni \u0161el dal\u0161\u00ed cacher. No to je jedno.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0161li jsme do nejhez\u010d\u00ed a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed O2 prodejny v republice snad. Hu\u0148at\u00fd kr\u00e1sn\u00fd koberec, \u0161\u00edlen\u011b velk\u00e1 prodejna, takov\u00e1 dom\u00e1c\u00ed pohoda. V tu chv\u00edli jsem p\u0159estala b\u00fdt nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b ze v\u0161eho a stra\u0161n\u011b jsem se tam za\u010dala t\u011b\u0161it! I Ji\u010d\u00edn, a\u010d je na nejv\u00edc nap\u00ed\u010du m\u00edst\u011b je hrozn\u011b kr\u00e1sn\u00fd m\u011bsto. Ta p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3na na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, drak a v\u0161echno je kr\u00e1sn\u00fd a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd, tak\u017ee se u\u017e v\u016fbec neboj\u00edm &lt;333<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekla jsem si, \u017ee mus\u00edm bejt stra\u0161n\u011b dobr\u00e1 v co nejkrat\u0161\u00edm \u010dase, aby m\u011b t\u0159eba brzo vzali s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm platem n\u011bkam do Prahy nebo zat\u00edm aspo\u0148 do Liberce, kde jsou platy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, co se O2 t\u00fd\u010de pr\u00fd. Mus\u00edm se sna\u017eit no. Skv\u011bl\u00fd je, \u017ee budu m\u00edt norm\u00e1ln\u011b zaplacen\u00fd i ty t\u0159i t\u00fddny, kdy budu na \u0161kolen\u00ed &lt;333<\/p>\n<p>Jinak od \u00fater\u00fd j\u00edm zase spo\u0159\u00e1dan\u011b do 1322 kcal denn\u011b, tolik m\u00e1m moment\u00e1ln\u00ed BMR toti\u017e. Zase se kone\u010dn\u011b cejt\u00edm fit. Bohu\u017eel ale se stra\u0161n\u011b boj\u00edm j\u00edt b\u011bhat, proto\u017ee jsem nejv\u00edc n\u00e1chylnej \u010dlov\u011bk na sv\u011bt\u011b a m\u00e1m hned ze v\u0161eho ch\u0159ipky a ang\u00edny. Tak\u017ee si nechci posrat za\u010d\u00e1tek pr\u00e1ce t\u00edm, \u017ee bych t\u0159eba byla fakt nemocn\u00e1&#8230; to by asi nebylo moc dobr\u00fd. U\u017e jsem \u010detla a potvrdila pracovn\u00ed smlouvu, nem\u016f\u017eu naj\u00edt z\u00e1po\u010d\u0165\u00e1k z OZP a v\u00fdpis z trestn\u00edho rejst\u0159\u00edku tady n\u011bkde m\u00e1m. Ale KDE?<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme jeli z toho Ji\u010d\u00edna zp\u00e1tky, zastavili jsme v TESCU, m\u00e1m hrozn\u011b r\u00e1da TESCO. Dokonce to v Trutnov\u011b vypad\u00e1, \u017ee na tom m\u00edst\u011b, kde m\u00e1 v roce 2012 st\u00e1t se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 n\u011bco d\u00edt, ale to mi je u\u017e jedno, kdy\u017e budu stejn\u011b jezdit kolem ji\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho ka\u017ed\u00fd den. No, koupila jsem si tam nov\u00fd ut\u011brky a ch\u0148apku, m\u00e1m z toho hroznou radost. Jsou \u010derven\u00fd a te\u010fka kuchy\u0148 vypad\u00e1 o hodn\u011b v\u00edc p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b a j\u00e1 sama, a\u010d si tady nem\u016f\u017eu zvyknout bydlet, se te\u010f c\u00edt\u00edm tro\u0161ku l\u00edp :)<\/p>\n<p>Taky jsme si po\u0159\u00eddili ve slev\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e9 ty Airwicky na doma, v koupeln\u011b m\u00e1m jednu do z\u00e1suvky a v kuchyni m\u011b star\u0161\u00ed ta, jak kolem projdete a ona vypust\u00ed v\u016fni ze sv\u00fdch \u00fatrob. Akor\u00e1t, \u017ee to nevypou\u0161t\u00ed, kdy\u017e kolem projdu, ale n\u00e1hodn\u011b asi 6x denn\u011b, kdy se sama rozhodne, \u017ee to prost\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Dneska jsem si ud\u011blala asi nejlep\u0161\u00ed sm\u011bs, co jsem si kdy ud\u011blala. A \u017ee jsem jich d\u011blala fakt hrozn\u011b moc. J\u00e1 jako milovn\u00edk kari jsem si pochutnala, k ve\u010de\u0159i si ud\u011bl\u00e1m to sam\u00e9, ale bez masa. Zasypete to hodn\u011b kari a trochou staro\u010desk\u00e9ho ko\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 obsahuje s\u016fl a proto nemus\u00edte pak u\u017e solit. Taky jsem zakapala sojovou om\u00e1\u010dkou, kter\u00e1 je trochu slan\u00e1, tak&#8230; no a zalila jsem to vodou, nechala dusit asi 20 &#8211; 25 minut. Vodu jsem dol\u00e9vala asi 3x a nakonec jsem ji nechala vypa\u0159it celou, skoro, trocha &#8222;om\u00e1\u010dky&#8220; mi ve sm\u011bsi zbyla. Je to \u0161\u00edlen\u011b jednoduch\u00fd t\u00edm, \u017ee to fakt v\u0161echno nar\u00e1z d\u00e1te na p\u00e1nev a jen zalejete a ud\u011bl\u00e1 se to v\u0161echno samo. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee se te\u010f t\u011b\u0161\u00edm na druhou p\u016flku pytl\u00edku r\u00fd\u017ee a fazolky. Ur\u010dit\u011b doporu\u010duju si ud\u011blat. Pokud si d\u00e1te 80g masa a norm\u00e1ln\u011b t\u00e9 zeleniny, jak na jednu klasickou porci a k tomu 1\/2 s\u00e1\u010dku r\u00fd\u017ee, tak m\u00e1te j\u00eddlo cca 300 kcal. A tak v\u016fbec na konci t\u00fddne asi pod\u00e1m recepty na j\u00eddla na cel\u00fd t\u00fdden, tak\u017ee kdo se mnou chce p\u0159es zimu shodit 5 kilo, tak se m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt ihned \u0159\u00eddit m\u00fdma j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dkama a jen tou stravou shod\u00ed dost.
