J\u00f3 tenkr\u00e1t, to jsem se anga\u017eovala do curlingu, tam se taky \u010dlov\u011bk moc nehejbe, pokud nen\u00ed jedni\u010dka a dvojka, kter\u00e1 mete v\u011b\u010dn\u011b dokola, ale abych to nemusela d\u011blat, u\u017e naza\u010d\u00e1tku jsem pov\u00fd\u0161ila na viceskipa. Moje curlingov\u00e1 kari\u00e9ra skon\u010dila tak rychle, jak za\u010dala a j\u00e1 jsem z\u016fstala cel\u00fd \u017eivot pr\u00e1v\u011b ji\u017e zmi\u0148ovan\u00fd po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fd typ a proto se nem\u016f\u017ee nikdo divit, \u017ee po v\u010derej\u0161\u00edm spinningu a \u00fatern\u00edm fitku jsem dnes, v p\u00e1tek \u00fapln\u011b mrtv\u00e1 a co v\u00edc, tak m\u011b v\u0161echno bol\u00ed, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eu chodit ani po byt\u011b. Poprv\u00fd jsem byla na jin\u00fdm spinnu ne\u017e v <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hostinne.info\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hostinn\u00e9m<\/a><\/em> v <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.techtexsport.cz\/Fotogalerie\/Detaily\/Spinning\" target=\"_blank\">Techtexu<\/a><\/em> a jsem spokojen\u00e1, proto\u017ee jezd\u00ed \u017eensk\u00e1 a krom\u011b toho, \u017ee hodinu dupete do spinneru, tak s v\u00e1ma u toho(!) je\u0161t\u011b cvi\u010d\u00ed na \u0159id\u00edtk\u00e1ch kliky na ruky a na prsa a <strong>HLAVN\u011a<\/strong>, co je pro m\u011b hrozn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 v\u011bc &#8211; byla tam skoro \u00fapln\u00e1 tma. Tmu u spinningu preferuju proto, \u017ee u toho m\u00e1m vypl\u00e1znutej jazyk a zk\u0159ivenou celou hubu a nemus\u00ed m\u011b ka\u017edej vid\u011bt, vi\u010f. Tak\u017ee spokojenost za nejlep\u0161\u00ed cenu v Trutnov\u011b. Nahl\u00e1s\u00edm se tam na 2 m\u011bs\u00edce dop\u0159edu asi, a\u017e si v sobotu nebo v ned\u011bli ud\u011bl\u00e1m cvi\u010debn\u00ed pl\u00e1n a rozvrhnu si to p\u0159esn\u011b a hrozn\u011b \u00fa\u017easn\u011b, v\u0161ak m\u011b zn\u00e1te :) B\u0159icho cvi\u010d\u00edm doma, r\u00e1no na AB ROCKETU jako d\u0159\u00edv, zat\u00edm jich d\u011bl\u00e1m jenom 100, proto\u017ee nejsem debil a nechci se hned naza\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159et\u00e1hnout. Ale v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee se do toho dostanu brzo a do t\u0159\u00ed t\u00fddn\u016f jich budu d\u011blat pravideln\u011b 300. M\u00e1m i nov\u00fd fitko, kam chod\u00edm, maj\u00ed na b\u011bhac\u00edch p\u00e1sech zar\u00e1\u017eky na kn\u00ed\u017eky a tak si tam m\u016f\u017eu vz\u00edt v klidu v\u0161echny dokumenty, co se pot\u0159ebuju zrovna u\u010dit a nau\u010dit. Moment\u00e1ln\u011b toho m\u00e1m docela dost, ale druhou \u010d\u00e1st nem\u00e1m zpracovanou, nen\u00ed na to kniha a mus\u00edm sama. A sama si vypisovat v\u011bci k u\u010den\u00ed, kdy\u017e jste dva roky ze st\u0159edn\u00ed a dva roky jste v ruce nem\u011bli zv\u00fdraz\u0148ova\u010d, to bude krut\u00fd :) Taky zas a op\u011bt m\u011bn\u00edm stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, z m\u00fdho p\u0159e\u017e\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed se chci dostat na norm\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u016fsobem takov\u00fdm, \u017ee se nebudu tr\u00e1pit t\u00edm, \u017ee si nem\u016f\u017eu d\u00e1t pizzu nebo nudle nebo kungpao nebo mek\u010dikn, ale prost\u011b si to nebudu d\u00e1vat v noci a nebudu si toho d\u00e1vat hodn\u011b. M\u00edsto pizzy o pr\u016fm\u011bru 45cm v dev\u011bt hodin ve\u010der si d\u00e1m pizzu o pr\u016fm\u011bru 30 cm k ob\u011bdu na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti t\u0159eba, nebo jen tu p\u016flku. D\u011bl\u00e1m to proto, \u017ee sama v\u00edm, \u017ee tohle si NIKDY NEODEP\u0158U a tak je lep\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1t si to ob\u010das k ob\u011bdu, ne\u017e m\u00edt jeden den krizi a p\u0159e\u017erat se ve\u010der&#8230; mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 tu chybu, \u017ee si \u0159eknou takov\u00fdto TE\u010e budu hubnout a dr\u017eet dietu a jed\u00ed moc m\u00e1lo a jen zeleninu a tak a proto za 14 dn\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edm p\u0159estanou a pak do sebe h\u00e1zej v\u0161echno, co jim p\u0159ijde pod ruku. Taky, kdy\u017e jsme u t\u00fd zeleniny, tak m\u00e1m jedno obrovsk\u00fd mega\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a to, \u017ee MILUJU VA\u0158ENOU ZELENINU. Ale jako\u017ee extr\u00e9mn\u011b, t\u0159eba jsem schopn\u00e1 si uva\u0159it celej celer a sn\u00edst ho XDDDD A va\u0159en\u00fd mrkve a kapusty a kv\u011bt\u00e1ky a brokolice. V\u011bt\u0161inou, kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1me pol\u00edvku, tak si tam pro sebe nah\u00e1z\u00edm kusy t\u00fdhle zeleniny a pak je jim. Hor\u0161\u00ed to maj\u00ed lidi, co to nemaj\u00ed r\u00e1di no, j\u00e1 t\u00edm p\u00e1dem m\u00e1m co j\u00edst, co mi chutn\u00e1 a nen\u00ed to &#8222;\u0161patn\u00fd&#8220; :) Dneska jsem m\u011bla k ob\u011bdu brambory a medailonek z lososa, d\u011blala jsem to bez tuku i bez m\u00e1sla, tenhle tejden dr\u017e\u00edm tro\u0161ku v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed &#8222;dietu&#8220; proto\u017ee zejtra jedu do Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a v\u00edm, \u017ee se neovl\u00e1dnu v <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sakuras.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\">SAKURA&#8217;S<\/a> :) Tak aspo\u0148, \u017ee to v\u00edm vi\u010f. Docela m\u011b \u0161tve, \u017ee po minul\u00e9m zhubnut\u00ed od ledna do \u010dervna jsem zase od \u010dervence do te\u010f nabrala 4kg. Ale mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee je to po\u0159\u00e1d kr\u00e1sn\u00fd, nabrat jenom 4kg a n\u00e9 12kg, jak se tomu stalo minulej rok. P\u0159esto bych se cht\u011bla dostat po\u0159\u00e1d a po\u0159\u00e1d na p\u016fvodn\u00ed v\u00e1hu, ale jenom o tom furt melu a sp\u00ed\u0161 bych m\u011bla d\u00e1t je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjakej den v tejdnu baz\u00e9nu t\u0159eba.<\/p>\n<p>No a kdybyste cht\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt vy, m\u00e1te posledn\u00edch p\u00e1r dn\u00ed na to.
