R\u00e1no jsem se probudila a bolelo m\u011b v krku (u\u017e tady m\u00e1m citrony a z\u00e1zvor ale &lt;3) a tak se nechci dostat do n\u011bjak\u00fdch 14ti denn\u00edch nesn\u00e1z\u00ed. Rozumn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bude to nehrotit, i kdy\u017e bych sakra pot\u0159ebovala&#8230; hm, hm. Bohu\u017eel ale to nejde a to jsem si zrovna dneska ud\u011blala <em>posportovn\u00ed sn\u00eddani<\/em>. Tak\u017ee ve\u010de\u0159e bude akor\u00e1t sal\u00e1t. M\u00e1m nov\u00fd balen\u00ed rukoly a raj\u010data, tak\u017ee j\u00eddeln\u00ed sex.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ed\u0161u ale \u00fapln\u011b z jin\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu. Dneska jsem vym\u00fd\u0161lela a vym\u00fd\u0161lela a vymyslela! Nev\u00edm, t\u0159eba to je n\u011bjak\u00fd existuj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00eddlo, co si vegetari\u00e1ni d\u011blaj\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b, ale neka\u017ete mi radost jo? XDDDDDD<\/p>\n<p>Stvo\u0159ila jsem <strong><span style=\"color: #d06e7f;\"><em>POHANKOV\u00c9 &#8222;RIZETO&#8220; SE S\u00d3JOV\u00ddM &#8222;MASEM&#8220;<\/em><\/span><\/strong> :) Nev\u011b\u0159ila bych, \u017ee to bude tak dobr\u00fd. Hlavn\u011b teda taky pro milovn\u00edky curry. Ostatn\u00ed si to budou muset oko\u0159enit n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm, bohu\u017eel. &#8222;<em>Pohanka obsahuje rutin, kter\u00fd je nezbytn\u00fd pro stavbu c\u00e9vn\u00edch a \u017eiln\u00edch st\u011bn, udr\u017euje jejich pru\u017enost a sni\u017euje vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak.\u00a0Plody d\u00e1le obsahuj\u00ed sacharidy, b\u00edlkoviny, zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 tuky, vl\u00e1kninu, vitaminy skupiny B, velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku, drasl\u00edku a fosforu. Pokud cibuli nem\u00e1te r\u00e1di (nech\u00e1pu!) tak to m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat \u00fapln\u011b bez n\u00ed, ale ona tam dod\u00e1 fajn chu\u0165 prost\u011b. Mezit\u00edm jsem vzala p\u016fl hrn\u00ed\u010dku pohanky, propl\u00e1chla ji trochu studenou vodou a dala do mal\u00e9ho hrnce va\u0159it. Pohanka se va\u0159\u00ed 2 &#8211; 3 minuty v tro\u0161e vody. Co pohanky, to d\u00e1te i vody, tak\u017ee p\u016fl hrn\u00ed\u010dku. M\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t 1,5 d\u00edlu vody. A potom ji nech\u00e1te cca p\u016fl hodiny v t\u00e9 vod\u011b odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Voda se nesl\u00e9v\u00e1, jsou v n\u00ed vitam\u00edny z pohanky. Kdy\u017e je cibulka orestovan\u00e1, p\u0159id\u00e1te do n\u00ed s\u00f3jov\u00e9 kousky, kter\u00e9 jste 10 minut va\u0159ili ve vod\u011b, kam jste nasypali Alnatura buj\u00f3n. Restujete spole\u010dn\u011b. S\u00f3ju trochu opep\u0159\u00edte a p\u0159id\u00e1te curry a bazalku. Op\u00e9k\u00e1me asi 10 minut a potom vypneme. Kdy\u017e je po p\u016fl hodin\u011b pohanka odpo\u010dinut\u00e1, tak zase znova pod p\u00e1nv\u00ed se s\u00f3jou zapneme ohe\u0148, p\u0159id\u00e1me na kosti\u010dky nakr\u00e1jenou \u010dervenou papriku a p\u0159id\u00e1me i pohanku. Op\u00e9k\u00e1me asi dal\u0161\u00edch 5 &#8211; 7 minut, m\u016f\u017eeme lehce dosolit a p\u0159idat je\u0161t\u011b trochu curry dle va\u0161\u00ed chuti. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159eji dobrou chu\u0165 :)<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 jsem r\u00e1da, \u017ee jsem po 14ti dnech m\u011bla zase n\u011bco nov\u00fdho \u00fapln\u011b a hlavn\u011b teda takhle v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00fdho v\u0161emi sm\u011bry, proto\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bku pak chyb\u00ed tohle a tohle a takov\u00fdhle j\u00eddla v\u00e1m zase dodaj\u00ed v\u0161e pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. Te\u010fka bych m\u011bla zase sn\u00edst n\u011bjakou rybu, proto\u017ee jsem cel\u00fdch 14 dn\u00ed rybu nem\u011bla a to je \u0161\u00edlen\u00e1 chyba.
