Nos\u00edm jenom tenhle pytel, ve kter\u00fdm nen\u00ed vid\u011bt ani b\u0159icho, ani prdel a ani stehna, \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 v\u011bc pros\u00edmv\u00e1s, velikost 14. A budu to nosit, dokud nebudu m\u00edt na v\u00e1ze za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslici <strong>p\u011btku<\/strong>. Ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed obsah s\u00e1\u010dku je <strong>65 gram\u016f<\/strong> jenom &lt;333 A <strong>na 100 gram\u016f to m\u00e1 503 kcal<\/strong>. Proto\u017ee jsem toho m\u011bla jen tro\u0161ku, tak jsem si p\u0159ed chv\u00edl\u00ed dala je\u0161t\u011b fl\u00e1k ryby, kterou jsem dlouho nem\u011bla a m\u011bla bych ji j\u00edst dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. Kdy\u017e si ji d\u00e1m jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, tak budu dobr\u00e1, ale j\u00e1 pot\u0159ebuju <strong><span style=\"color: #e88f5e;\">LOSOSA<\/span><\/strong> prost\u011b k \u017eivotu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161la jsem n\u011bjak\u00fd <em>pro ANA BLOGY<\/em>, mezi nima byly i docela norm\u00e1ln\u00ed blogy, \u017ee holka, co m\u00e1 157 cm a v\u00e1\u017eila 70 kg (v\u00edt\u00e9j) chce shodit na 55 kg, co\u017e je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. Ale kdy\u017e tam vej\u0161kov\u011b podobn\u00e1 holka p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee chce shodit na 40 kg, tak to pard\u00f3n, ale&#8230; je to va\u0161e v\u011bc ;)<\/p>\n<p>V\u010dera se mi ud\u011blalo stra\u0161n\u011b zle ve\u010der a vydr\u017eelo mi to trochu dote\u010f. Z <strong>rukoly <\/strong>se mi ud\u011blalo blb\u011b, \u00fapln\u011b jasn\u00fd to je. U\u017e ji odm\u00edt\u00e1m j\u00edst. Ur\u010dit\u011b moje t\u011blo chce \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd j\u00eddla a pizzy a je chud\u00e1k zmaten\u00fd, \u017ee \u017eeru n\u011bjak\u00fd zdrav\u00fd v\u011bci a hejbu se. Chud\u00e1k.<\/p>\n<p>Prej po m\u011bs\u00edci bych m\u011bla vid\u011bt n\u011bjak\u00fd hnut\u00ed s t\u011blem, pokud vydr\u017e\u00edm sportovat je\u0161t\u011b 14 dn\u00ed, tak se r\u00e1da pod\u00edv\u00e1m. Jsem v p\u016flce a p\u0159ipad\u00e1m si jak nevimco.
