Na t\u011bch fotk\u00e1ch vypad\u00e1m, \u017ee m\u00e1m u\u017e tak 58kg n\u011bkde, jsem v\u017edycky nad\u0161en\u00e1 z toho, ale pak se pod\u00edv\u00e1m po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b a prost\u011b to d\u011blaj\u00ed hadry a to, jak je \u010dlov\u011bk nata\u017eenej a jak stoj\u00ed. Tak\u017ee se naseru, kdy\u017e mi n\u011bkdo nap\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee jsem huben\u00e1 XDDDDD. M\u00e1m vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00e9 BMR jako 1633 kcal denn\u011b, tak\u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edm no. \u010cerven\u00e9 polo\u017eky nemusely b\u00fdt. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsem t\u0159eba ani nem\u011bla chu\u0165, ale dala jsem si to nebo jsem si mohla p\u0159ipravit \u00fapln\u011b n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u011bten bych cht\u011bla za\u010d\u00edt ve znamen\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, omezit t\u011bstoviny tro\u0161ku a v\u00edc se h\u00fdbat, co\u017e mi rovna te\u010f p\u016fjde t\u011b\u017eko, m\u00e1m teplotu a bol\u00ed m\u011b v krku.
